PROCEDURE

All revised and updated PORs, Selection Sheets, and Diagrams will be uploaded to the website by 5pm on Tuesdays and Fridays. As documents may be revised at any time throughout the week, Chesapeake Homes cannot guarantee that such documents posted to the Website are the most current documents. All contractors are responsible to check with field management before work begins.

Only one (1) person from each authorized company, meaning those already under contract with Chesapeake Homes who use PORs and corresponding diagrams and selection sheets to perform daily operations, will be given a username and password. If your company is listed as currently registered, you must contact the authorized user (typically a manager or superintendent) for the username and password.
